We want you to be completely happy with your personalised sticker.
Once your design is ready, we’ll send a preview to the email address used for your order before printing.
Please check your email regularly after placing your order, including your spam/junk folder, as we may be waiting for your approval.
Once you're happy and approve the design, we'll prepare your sticker for printing and dispatch.
If you're not happy with the final design and we can't create something you're happy with, we'll offer you a 100% refund.
CHOOSING YOUR PHOTO
For the best result, upload the clearest and highest-quality photo you have.
Photos with good lighting, sharp focus and a clearly visible face will normally produce the most detailed sticker.
Photos taken from further away are also welcome, but the finished sticker may be less detailed.
HOW TO ORDER
Choose your favourite pet photo, upload it on the product page and select whether you'd like Pet Only or Pet + Custom Text.
If you've selected custom text, enter the wording exactly as you'd like it to appear.
Place your order and we'll take care of the rest. Once your design is complete, we'll email it to you for approval before printing.

The width will be scaled proportionally so the original design is not distorted.

For best results, apply the decal to a clean, smooth, dry and grease-free surface.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Your decal will arrive prepared with application/backing tape, ready to apply.
AFTER APPLICATION
Please allow the decal to bond for at least 24 hours before washing or cleaning the surface where it has been applied.
For vehicle decals, avoid washing the vehicle or using a pressure washer during this period.
HOW TO APPLY YOUR VINYL STICKER
1️⃣ CLEAN THE SURFACE
Thoroughly clean the area where the sticker will be applied. Make sure the surface is completely dry, smooth and free from dust, dirt, grease or wax before application.
2️⃣ POSITION YOUR STICKER
Before removing the backing paper, position the sticker on the surface to make sure you're happy with its location and alignment.
3️⃣ APPLY THE STICKER
Carefully lift one edge of the backing paper and slowly peel it away from the sticker.
Take your time during this step, especially around smaller or detailed areas, to avoid stretching, tearing or damaging the sticker.
Position the sticker onto the clean, dry surface and press it down firmly.
Use a squeegee, bank card or your fingers to smooth over the entire sticker, working from the centre outwards to help remove trapped air and prevent bubbles.
For best results: Once applied, press firmly over the whole sticker and allow the adhesive time to bond before washing or exposing it to heavy moisture.
4️⃣CHECK YOUR STICKER
Make sure every part of the vinyl is securely attached to the surface. If necessary, gently press down any edges or areas that haven't fully adhered.
5️⃣ ENJOY THE FINISH! ✨

6️⃣ ALLOW 24 HOURS TO SET ⏱️
Please allow the adhesive to bond for at least 24 hours before washing, cleaning or exposing the applied area to excessive water.
7️⃣ WASH CAREFULLY 💧
After the first 24 hours, the surface can be washed as normal. For the longest possible life of your sticker, we recommend gentle hand washing around the decal and avoiding direct, close-range pressure washing against the edges.
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
- Apply in a dry area at room temperature.
- Avoid applying to a surface that is extremely hot, cold or wet.
- Avoid direct sunlight while applying where possible.
- Take your time when removing the backing tape.
- A squeegee or bank card can help achieve better adhesion.
- Suitable for many smooth surfaces including cars, car windows, motorcycles, helmets, laptops, bottles, mugs and more.
Important: Adhesion may vary depending on the surface material, texture, cleanliness and condition.

Processing time: Once the final design has been approved by you, we aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with further delivery information.
Delivery time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most UK orders should arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
ORDERS & REFUNDS
All of our stickers are made to order and personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size/colour/font, or provide incorrect details.
Please carefully check your order details before submitting it.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, is faulty, or we have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
