Terms of service

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pretzel website and purchases made from Pretzel.

Pretzel is operated by Ivan Stefchev trading as Pretzel.

Throughout these Terms, “Pretzel”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ivan Stefchev trading as Pretzel. “You”, “your” and “customer” mean the person using our website or placing an order with us.

By placing an order with Pretzel, you agree to these Terms and the policies referred to in them, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About Pretzel

Pretzel is a UK business selling personalised, customised, made-to-order and other products, including custom stickers, personalised clothing, printed products and engraved products.

Many of our products are manufactured specifically according to information, options, images, artwork or instructions supplied or selected by the customer.

Trading name: Pretzel
Proprietor: Ivan Stefchev

2. Eligibility to Place an Order

By placing an order with Pretzel, you confirm that:

  • you are legally capable of entering into the purchase;

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with the order; and

  • where you provide personalisation, artwork, images or other materials, you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use them as described in these Terms.

We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe that the order involves fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited content, infringement of third-party rights, payment problems, inability to supply the requested product or another legitimate reason preventing us from fulfilling the order.

Where we cannot accept an order, any payment that must be returned will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, images and previews displayed electronically may not represent every physical characteristic of the finished product exactly.

Reasonable variations may occur due to:

  • screen and device settings;

  • display brightness and colour reproduction;

  • materials;

  • printing processes;

  • vinyl characteristics;

  • garment characteristics;

  • engraving processes;

  • manufacturing tolerances;

  • positioning or scaling; and

  • other normal production variations.

Such reasonable differences do not automatically mean that a product is faulty or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product materially differs from its description, is faulty or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

4. Personalised, Customised and Made-to-Order Products

A significant proportion of Pretzel products are personalised, customised or made specifically to customer requirements.

This may include products manufactured using:

  • customer-supplied text;

  • names;

  • dates;

  • numbers;

  • usernames;

  • photographs;

  • images;

  • logos;

  • artwork;

  • selected fonts;

  • colours;

  • sizes;

  • styles;

  • layouts;

  • designs;

  • product configurations; or

  • other customer-selected or customer-supplied specifications.

Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation and product selections carefully before placing an order.

Where a product is manufactured correctly according to the information and options submitted or approved by the customer, an error in customer-supplied information does not normally make the product faulty or non-conforming.

Products that are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised are excluded from the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

This means that where this statutory exception applies, the customer does not have the normal 14-day cancellation right simply because they have changed their mind, no longer want the product, ordered an unsuitable personalised option or supplied incorrect personalisation information.

The exclusion applies where the goods meet the applicable legal requirements for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Merely describing a product as “made to order” does not override any cancellation right that applies by law.

This exclusion does not affect statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially not as described or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

Full details are provided in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Checking Your Order

Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking the information displayed during the ordering process.

This includes, where applicable:

  • product;

  • quantity;

  • size;

  • colour;

  • style;

  • font;

  • text;

  • spelling;

  • punctuation;

  • names;

  • dates;

  • numbers;

  • usernames;

  • uploaded images;

  • photographs;

  • artwork;

  • logos;

  • personalisation options;

  • delivery address; and

  • other customer-selected options.

Our website provides customers with an opportunity to review and correct relevant order information during the ordering process.

Please do not complete your purchase until you are satisfied that the information submitted is correct.

Where Pretzel manufactures a product accurately according to incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer, the resulting customer error does not normally make the product faulty, incorrect or not as described.

6. Customer Acknowledgement of Personalisation

Where a product requires personalisation, we may require the customer to confirm before adding the product to their basket or completing their purchase that they have checked the relevant personalisation information.

This acknowledgement may include confirmation that the customer has checked their:

  • text;

  • spelling;

  • images;

  • artwork;

  • size;

  • colour;

  • style;

  • positioning; and

  • other selected or supplied options.

Customers may also be required to acknowledge that products made to their specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right and therefore cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer changes their mind or supplied incorrect personalisation information.

Where technically available, this acknowledgement may be recorded and retained with the order or associated transaction.

A customer's acknowledgement does not remove, reduce or restrict statutory rights relating to products that are faulty, materially not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

7. Live Previews

Some products may include a live preview or similar tool to assist customers in visualising their personalisation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a live preview is a visualisation tool and is not an exact manufacturing proof.

The finished product may show reasonable differences in colour, scale, positioning, material appearance or other characteristics resulting from production methods, screen settings, materials and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Customers remain responsible for checking the information entered into personalisation fields.

Where a finished product accurately reflects the customer's submitted personalisation, a customer-supplied spelling, wording, image or selection error does not normally make the product faulty.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where the finished product materially fails to conform to the contract.

8. Proofs and Customer Approval

Some products may require Pretzel to send a design proof or other approval request before production.

Where a proof is supplied, the customer is responsible for checking it carefully, including:

  • text and spelling;

  • names and dates;

  • images and artwork;

  • layout;

  • positioning;

  • size and proportions; and

  • other visible personalisation details.

The customer should not approve a proof until satisfied that the information shown is correct.

Once a customer approves a proof, Pretzel is entitled to rely on that approval when manufacturing the product.

If the finished product accurately reflects the approved proof, an error that was visible in the approved proof does not normally make the product faulty solely because the customer later notices the error or changes their mind.

Where production has begun following approval, further changes may not be possible.

This does not affect statutory rights where the finished product materially differs from the approved specification or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

9. Customer-Supplied Images, Artwork and Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that files supplied to Pretzel are suitable for their intended purpose.

The quality of a finished personalised product may be affected by limitations in customer-supplied material, including:

  • low resolution;

  • pixelation;

  • blur;

  • compression;

  • poor lighting;

  • incorrect cropping;

  • unsuitable dimensions;

  • colour limitations; or

  • other defects or limitations in the original material.

A finished product is not automatically faulty merely because it accurately reproduces limitations contained in customer-supplied material.

Pretzel may identify or notify customers of obvious issues where reasonably practicable, but we do not undertake to identify or correct every error or quality issue in customer-supplied material.

Where we request replacement artwork, additional information or customer approval, production may be paused until the required information is received.

10. Intellectual Property and Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting text, photographs, images, logos, artwork, designs, trademarks or other material to Pretzel, you confirm that you own the material or otherwise have the rights, licences, permissions or authority necessary for Pretzel to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your requested design or supplied material does not unlawfully infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of another person or organisation.

You grant Pretzel a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt, resize, crop, format or otherwise process customer-supplied material to the extent reasonably necessary to:

  • prepare the product;

  • produce the customer's order;

  • communicate with the customer about the order;

  • perform reasonable quality control;

  • fulfil the order;

  • provide customer service;

  • investigate complaints or disputes; and

  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Submitting material to Pretzel does not transfer ownership of that material to Pretzel.

We may refuse to produce material where we reasonably believe that doing so would infringe third-party rights or be unlawful.

Nothing in this section requires Pretzel to make a definitive legal determination regarding ownership or infringement before refusing an order.

11. Prohibited Content

Pretzel may refuse to manufacture an order containing material that we reasonably believe:

  • is unlawful;

  • infringes intellectual property or other third-party rights;

  • contains unlawful threats, harassment or discriminatory content;

  • promotes illegal activity;

  • contains unlawful sexual or exploitative content;

  • involves fraudulent or deceptive activity; or

  • would otherwise make it unlawful for Pretzel to manufacture or supply the requested product.

Where appropriate, we may contact the customer and request alternative material.

If an order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected order and deal with any payment in accordance with applicable law.

12. Social Media, Brand and Trademark Designs

Where customers request stickers or other products incorporating social-media names, icons, usernames, business names, logos, trademarks or similar material, the customer is responsible for ensuring that their requested use is lawful and appropriately authorised.

Pretzel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by third-party social-media platforms, brands or trademark owners merely because their names, logos or identifiers appear in customer-requested personalised products.

We may refuse a design where we reasonably believe that producing it would infringe third-party rights or otherwise expose Pretzel to legal risk.

13. Prices

Product prices are displayed on our website.

The price applicable to an order will be the price shown during checkout when the customer places the order, subject to correction of obvious errors as described below.

Delivery charges are displayed or calculated at checkout before payment.

Any applicable taxes will be included or displayed as required by law.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time.

A change made after an order has been accepted will not alter the agreed price of that order except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

14. Obvious Pricing, Product or Listing Errors

Despite reasonable care, a product may occasionally be displayed with an obvious pricing, description, availability or technical error.

Where we identify an obvious error before an order has been accepted, we may correct the error before accepting the order.

Where an order has already been placed, we will not simply impose a higher price without the customer's agreement.

If an obvious error prevents us from reasonably fulfilling an order as placed, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and, where legally permitted, offer the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or cancelling the affected order for an appropriate refund.

Nothing in this section permits Pretzel to alter an agreed price arbitrarily after a contract has been formed.

15. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

Available payment methods may be provided or processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payment may be subject to authorisation, security checks and the applicable payment provider's terms.

Pretzel does not guarantee that a payment provider will approve a transaction.

Where payment is declined, reversed, cancelled or cannot be successfully authorised, we may be unable to accept or fulfil the order.

16. Formation of the Contract

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

An automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order confirms receipt of the order but does not, by itself, necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

A contract between the customer and Pretzel is formed when Pretzel accepts the order.

Acceptance may be communicated by an order acceptance or confirmation, by beginning production or processing of the order, or by another clear act indicating that we have accepted the order.

We may refuse an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including:

  • payment problems;

  • inability to supply the requested product;

  • obvious pricing or listing errors;

  • suspected fraud;

  • prohibited content;

  • suspected infringement of third-party rights; or

  • legal restrictions.

Where payment has already been taken for an order that we do not accept, the appropriate amount will be returned.

Nothing in this section permits Pretzel to cancel an accepted consumer contract arbitrarily or in circumstances where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.

17. Information or Approval Required From the Customer

Some orders cannot be produced until the customer provides information, artwork, photographs, approval or another required response.

Where customer action is required, processing may be paused until that action is completed.

Any processing or estimated delivery period may therefore be extended by delays attributable to the customer.

If required information or approval is not provided within a reasonable period after we request it, we may contact the customer again and, where we cannot reasonably fulfil the order without that information, may cancel the affected order where legally permitted.

Any refund or other consequence of such cancellation will be determined according to the circumstances, including whether personalised production has already begun, and applicable law.

18. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact hello@pretzelshop.co.uk as soon as possible.

Contacting us does not automatically cancel or amend an order.

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products may enter preparation or production shortly after an order is placed.

Where preparation, production, printing, cutting, engraving or other personalisation work has begun, it may no longer be possible to change the order.

Where goods are made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised, they are excluded from the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect any statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Full cancellation and return rules are contained in our Return & Refund Policy.

19. Processing and Production

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, Pretzel aims to process and prepare orders for dispatch within 1–3 working days.

For Pretzel's processing and production times, a working day means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Processing and production times are estimates and are not guaranteed dispatch or delivery deadlines unless Pretzel expressly agrees otherwise.

Processing may occasionally take longer due to circumstances including:

  • unusually high order volumes or seasonal demand;

  • equipment, machinery or technical issues;

  • shortages or delays affecting materials or stock;

  • additional production requirements;

  • quality-control requirements or the need to remake an item;

  • customer approval or information delays;

  • staff availability;

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control; or

  • other unforeseen operational circumstances.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Full information regarding processing, dispatch and delivery is provided in our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in this section restricts statutory rights relating to delivery within an agreed or legally required period.

20. Shipping and Delivery

Pretzel currently ships within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before the customer completes their purchase.

Royal Mail's delivery period begins after Pretzel has completed the applicable processing and production period and dispatched the order.

Royal Mail delivery aims are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery deadlines unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Full information regarding processing, tracking, delivery addresses, failed deliveries, safe places, missing parcels, delays and delivery disputes is contained in our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms transfers responsibility for goods during delivery contrary to applicable UK consumer law.

21. Delays and Circumstances Outside Our Reasonable Control

Occasionally our ability to process, manufacture or dispatch an order may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • severe weather;

  • transport disruption;

  • postal or carrier disruption;

  • industrial action;

  • power, telecommunications or internet failures;

  • failure or disruption affecting third-party infrastructure;

  • serious equipment failure;

  • shortages or disruption affecting essential materials;

  • emergencies;

  • government restrictions; or

  • other exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect on affected orders.

Estimated processing or delivery times may be extended where reasonably necessary as a result of such circumstances.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory right the customer has where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required period.

22. Returns, Refunds and Statutory Cancellation Rights

Returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty products and personalised-product rules are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the normal statutory change-of-mind cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Accordingly, where that statutory exception applies, a customer cannot rely on the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right simply because they no longer want the product, ordered the wrong personalised option or supplied incorrect personalisation information.

This exclusion does not remove statutory rights where goods are faulty, materially not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

Non-personalised products remain subject to any statutory cancellation rights that apply to them.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.

23. Product Care, Application and Use

Customers are responsible for following any care, application, installation or use instructions supplied with a product or displayed on the relevant product page.

Pretzel is not normally responsible for damage occurring after delivery as a result of:

  • misuse;

  • neglect;

  • accidental damage;

  • improper storage;

  • incorrect washing or care;

  • incorrect installation or application;

  • application to an unsuitable, dirty, wet or contaminated surface;

  • unauthorised modification;

  • incorrect removal or repositioning; or

  • failure to follow applicable product instructions.

For stickers and similar products, customers are responsible for ensuring that the intended surface is reasonably suitable for application and is prepared in accordance with the supplied instructions.

This does not affect statutory rights where a product was faulty or otherwise failed to conform to the contract when supplied.

24. Product Availability

Products are offered subject to availability.

We may withdraw products from sale or change available colours, sizes, materials or options for future orders.

Changes affecting future orders do not alter an order that has already been accepted unless the customer agrees or applicable law permits the change.

If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

25. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discounts and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotions cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • eligibility requirements must be satisfied;

  • discount codes must be entered before completing checkout;

  • expired promotions cannot be applied retrospectively; and

  • multiple discounts may not be combinable where checkout does not permit them to be combined.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion for future orders.

This does not alter a discount already validly applied to an accepted order.

26. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website, personalisation tools or other features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a technical error materially affects an order, we will consider the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this section affects statutory rights relating to an order already placed or accepted.

27. Third-Party Services

Our website and order process may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers and other technology providers.

Availability and operation of those services may be subject to their own systems and terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility Pretzel has to the customer under applicable law merely because a third-party provider is involved in processing payment, operating part of the website or delivering an order.

28. Pretzel Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Pretzel website and material created by Pretzel for it, including Pretzel branding, graphics, product photography, original designs, text and other content, are owned by or licensed to Pretzel and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or falsely represent Pretzel-owned material as your own without permission, except where permitted by law.

This section does not claim ownership of material owned by customers or third parties.

29. Reviews and Customer Content

Where customers are able to submit reviews, comments or other public content, that content must be genuine and lawful.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content containing:

  • unlawful material;

  • personal or confidential information;

  • spam;

  • malicious code;

  • threats or harassment;

  • material unrelated to the product or service being reviewed; or

  • material that infringes third-party rights.

We will not remove a genuine negative review merely because it expresses criticism of Pretzel or one of our products.

30. Fraud, Abuse and Misuse

We may take reasonable steps to investigate suspected fraud, abuse or misuse relating to orders, refunds, payments or our website.

This may include suspected:

  • unauthorised payment use;

  • deliberately false order information;

  • fraudulent refund claims;

  • knowingly false non-delivery claims;

  • deliberate damage intended to obtain a refund;

  • return of a different product;

  • misuse of discount codes or promotions; or

  • other dishonest activity.

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, relevant information may be provided to payment providers, delivery companies, fraud-prevention services, law-enforcement bodies or other appropriate parties.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from making a genuine complaint, exercising statutory rights or raising a legitimate payment dispute.

31. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact hello@pretzelshop.co.uk so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Where a payment dispute, chargeback or similar claim is raised, Pretzel may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, buy-now-pay-later provider, card issuer or other appropriate party where permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Evidence may include, where relevant:

  • order information;

  • checkout records;

  • customer-selected product options;

  • personalisation information;

  • customer-supplied text, images or artwork;

  • uploaded files;

  • proof or design approvals;

  • customer acknowledgements;

  • applicable Terms and policies accepted or presented during the order process;

  • communications with the customer;

  • production records;

  • fulfilment records;

  • proof of postage;

  • Royal Mail tracking;

  • delivery scans;

  • delivery photographs;

  • delivery or location information supplied by the carrier; and

  • other information reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to the dispute.

A payment dispute does not by itself change the personalised or made-to-order nature of a product or create additional cancellation or return rights beyond those provided by applicable law and the relevant payment provider's dispute process.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's right to raise a legitimate payment dispute or exercise any statutory consumer right.

32. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

Pretzel will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances for which Pretzel is not legally responsible.

Where permitted by law, Pretzel will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Pretzel is not responsible for loss resulting solely from inaccurate information, instructions, personalisation, artwork or files supplied or approved by the customer, except to the extent that Pretzel is legally responsible for the loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

33. Consumer and Business Purchases

These Terms are primarily intended for customers purchasing products as consumers.

Where a customer purchases a product wholly or mainly for business purposes, different legal rules may apply from those applying to consumers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to give a business customer consumer rights that do not legally apply to that transaction.

Where a person purchases primarily as an individual consumer, their applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

34. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information provided to Pretzel is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Personal information may be processed where reasonably necessary to:

  • process and manufacture orders;

  • administer payments;

  • communicate with customers;

  • arrange delivery;

  • provide customer support;

  • prevent and investigate fraud;

  • respond to complaints or payment disputes; and

  • comply with legal obligations.

Customer-supplied photographs, artwork and other files may also contain personal information.

Please read our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is handled.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, business practices, website, delivery arrangements or applicable legal requirements.

Updated Terms will apply to future orders from the date on which they take effect.

Unless required or permitted by law or agreed with the customer, changes made after an order has been accepted will not retrospectively alter the contractual terms applicable to that existing order.

The latest version will be published on our website together with its last-updated date.

36. Transfer of the Pretzel Business

The legal structure or ownership of the business operating Pretzel may change in the future.

Where Pretzel's business is transferred to, incorporated into or operated by another legal entity, relevant contracts, records, rights and obligations may be transferred where legally permitted and subject to applicable consumer and data-protection law.

Any such change will not remove or reduce statutory rights that customers already have in relation to existing orders.

Where required, our website, policies and business information will be updated to identify the legal entity operating Pretzel.

37. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated accordingly without necessarily affecting the remaining provisions.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

38. No Waiver

If Pretzel does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not automatically mean that Pretzel has permanently waived its right to rely on that provision.

Similarly, exercising one contractual or legal right does not prevent Pretzel or the customer from exercising another right available to them.

39. Third-Party Rights

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms are intended to govern the relationship between Pretzel and the customer.

A person who is not a party to the contract does not acquire a contractual right merely because they are mentioned in, benefit from or are connected with the order.

This does not affect any right or remedy available to a third party independently under applicable law.

40. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and contracts between Pretzel and customers are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available to you under the law applicable to you and any right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory legal protections.

41. Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding an order or product, please contact:

Email: hello@pretzelshop.co.uk

Please provide your order number and sufficient information for us to investigate the matter.

We will consider complaints reasonably and may request photographs, order information or other evidence reasonably relevant to the issue.

42. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the product information applicable to your order and the policies incorporated into the contract, including our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, form the contractual terms applicable to your purchase.

Nothing in this section excludes any statement or representation that legally forms part of the contract or any right arising under applicable consumer law.

43. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

Products supplied by Pretzel must meet applicable statutory requirements, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for an applicable purpose and conformity with their description.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory statutory right, the statutory right will apply.
